Getting started as a Backyard & Veranda Preferred Customer is simple. Just ask to join our Preferred Customer Program at time of purchase, and will add you to our growing number of points card holders. You’ll receive your POINTS Card™ on the spot, and you can start using it immediately to earn free rewards. You pay a one time membership fee of $10
COLLECTING POINTS
Look no further than the bottom of your receipt to find out your Backyard & Veranda Preferred Customer Points™ balance. Every time you make a purchase, your current balance will appear on your receipt.
REWARDS
You automatically collect 10 Preferred Customer Points for almost every $1 you spend including furniture and appliances. Just present your card at the beginning of each purchase or if you choose to not carry the card, identify yourself as a preferred customer to the sales associate and we will look up your enrollement using your telephone number. It's that easy. (Everyone likes the idea of not having to carry the card with them)
Backyard & Veranda Preferred Customer Points™ are awarded based on net (purchase price less discounts) pre-tax purchases. Backyard & Veranda Preferred Customer Points™ are not awarded and may not be redeemed on gift cards, gift wrap services, gift boxes, gift bags, design services and delivery services.
It takes no time to earn points – and you can reward yourself in-store with instant savings of up to 50% the purchase price of an item before taxes. As soon as you reach one of the eligible points levels, just inform the sales associate that you wish to redeem your points. It's that easy!
